KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Developing and executing supplier strategy for portfolio.
- Assess supply market and adapt strategy according to market conditions.
- Unlock cash and cost value through setting up and execution of benchmarking, RFQS, E-tenders.
- Support delivery of savings and creditor extension program for portfolio.
- Provide market intelligence to business leaders to assist with strategic decision making
- Develop and improve supplier cost models to drive increase transparency of cost drivers.
- Able to identify fast moving products.
- Able to do price comparison with competitors.
- Able to negotiate with suppliers.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At 3-5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Any ERP Experience.
- 5 Ordinary level passes including English and Mathematics.
- Degree in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in cash and carry wholesale is an added advantage.
