Branch Administrator

Teecherz Home and Office

The incumbent will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

DUTIES
• Drive revenue growth through direct sales, client relationship building, and market insight.
• Ensure appealing, well-organized displays that enhance product visibility
• Product knowledge & demonstration to customers
• Accurately handle sales transactions, invoicing, and receipt issuance with thorough documentation.
• Securely manage daily transactions, reconcile funds, and produce detailed financial reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock audits, and investigate variances for accurate control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Manage front office operations, handle communications and support administrative efficiency

REQUIREMENTS
• A Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent
• Proficiency in Pastel Accounting is a plus
• Valid and clean Class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Administration role
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
