Duties
- Review trial balance to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Contributes to the formulation of budget parameters in liason with the Director
- Ensure revenue collection and manage cash flow
- Prepares monthly management accounts, comprising statement of surplus or deficit, statement of financial position, cash flow statement , statement of changes in reserves
- Prepares annual financial statements
- Carries out review of financial performance and recommends cost management options
- Review statutory payments and returns for accuracy and compliance
- Supports in safeguarding the assetsof the organization including maintance of the fixed asset register
- Inventory management
- Costing and pricing of products.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Director.
Required
- Degree/Diploma in accounting
- 2 years proven experience
- Excellent communication and Admin skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to meet all deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
- Ability to multi task
- Preferred are candidates residing in Highfields Lochnivar and surrounding areas.
