We are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join our team at Zimbabwe Hosiery as a bookkeeper/ receptionist.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will welcome guests and greet them warmly, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department. You will also do clerical duties such as answering phone calls and emails. Bookkeeping roles include invoicing, managing essential supplies and assisting with posting and reconciliations.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Managing essential office supplies
- Assisting as needed with accounts posting and reconciliations
- Diploma in bookkeeping or finance
- Strong knowledge of Pastel accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
