Job Title: Billing and Reconciliation Clerk x3

The Billing & Reconciliation Clerk will be responsible for timely and accurate claims submissions and reconciliations with prompt collections of all medical aids/corporate clients funds, ensuring efficient maintenance of all medical aid/corporate clients related information on the system.
QUALIFICATIONS
5 Ordinary levels including Maths and English.
Credit Control/Accounting qualification (minimum diploma level
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a medical aid related or credit control environment.
Knowledge of Healthcare billing procedures, documentation, and industry standards.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Good communication skills (oral and written English).
