Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Barber at Sofia Hair Care in Bulawayo. Barbers will provide hair care services to customers, including haircuts, trimming, and shaving. Additional duties include: – Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. – Staying up to date with industry trends and practices. – Keeping tools and workspace clean and sanitized. – Upselling additional services and products as necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a barbering program or apprenticeship
- Experience providing hair cutting and styling services
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry trends and practices
