Job Vacancy: Baker – Mberengwa
A small but growing bakery in Mberengwa is looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to take charge of daily baking operations and help drive quality and growth.
Requirements:
- 5 O-Level passes including Mathematics, English, and Science
- A Diploma or Certificate in Baking, Culinary Arts, or Catering
- At least 1 year of hands-on baking experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic managerial skills and the ability to lead when required
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food hygiene standards
- Manage baking schedules and inventory
- Work collaboratively with a small team and take initiative
