Responsible for the inputting, coding or follow-up of all or part of the administrative tasks related to the financial transactions of clients or the bank, such as changes, funds, transfers, etc
DUTIES
Checking, recording and confirmation of Front Office transactions.
Maintaining security records for the bank.
Processing of Bank receipts and payments.
Processing loan disbursements.
Accounting for receipts, payments and taking custody of cash as and when necessary.
Data capturing and filing of all documents.
Preparation of the Banks daily cash flow position report.
Preparation of reports and other accounts reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of various bank and RBZ
Management and Statutory Returns.
Enquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
Banking and Finance Degree/ A level Accounting / Diploma
Backoffice experience a plus
Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
Ability to identify errors
Appropriate handling of sensitive information
