The attaché will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

DUTIES
Answer phones and greet visitors
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Carry out Microsoft Office, Word Processing and other computer operations to produce timely information and data for management.
Create and maintain manual and electronic filing systems, both electronic and physical for future use and reference
Schedule and organize appointments and meetings as requested.

Record and transcribe reports and minutes as may be requested.
Receive, screen and analyze correspondence, reports and forward to relevant action
officer
Maintaining a tracking system for follow-up to ensure replies are timely or action is taken within established guidelines.
Deal discreetly with confidential information.
Interact with internal and/or external customers to provide information, assist in solving problems and answer questions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
Students studying towards a degree/diploma in Banking and Finance, or any related degree program
Students with accommodation in Rusape are encouraged to apply
