ASSISTANT SYSTEMS ANALYST: ICT SECTION – GRADE 8 (1 POST)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
Administers the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Collaborates with Systems Analyst to implement desired plans.
Tests new and upgraded modules for validation.
Executes feasibility study and gather user requirements.
Performs and documents workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for optimal utilisation of applications.
Administers communication of system issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements.
Provides user support and training on all modules on the ERP.
Drafts procedure manuals.
Qualifications Requirements
A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
A clean class 4 driver’s licence.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
At least 4 years experience in a similar work environment.
