Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants must have a minimum qualification of a first degree in Education or Administration and a Master’s degree in Education or Administration from a reputable and recognised institution;
- Applicants must also have four (4) years’ experience in administration of examinations of which two (2) years should be at tertiary level or equivalent;
- Possession of a clean driver’s licence is a must;
- Experience in a University set up would be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates the preparation and writing of examinations;
- Timeous production of examinations timetables and certificates;
- Timeous communication with stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the administration of examinations;
- Production and packaging of examination question papers and other materials;
- Responsible for safe delivery of examination materials to various venues and ensure their security;
- Ensure that students with special needs have appropriate examination arrangements;
- Monitor the requirements and usage of examinations facilities and materials and any relevant management teams or committees;
- Coordinate administration of Associate Colleges examinations;
- Supervision of junior staff in the section; and
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

- Be able to work in a team environment and to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
