Reports To: Maintenance Manager
About Us:
Restapedic Bedding is a leading manufacturer of premium quality beds. We are currently seeking a skilled Artisan to join our Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly under the Maintenance Manager to oversee the repairs and maintenance of bed-making machines and conveyor systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on machinery status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical fields.
- Proven experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
