This role is responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of buildings and associated infrastructure. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, over periods of up to a year.

Maintains a close liaison with property and facility managers.
Maintenance Services Management:
Individually accountable for carrying out building inspections, through own efforts.
Ensures cleanliness of property.
Lease Management:
Keeps records of all tenants.
Distributes rental statements.
Health & Safety:
Ensures the safety and security of buildings and associated infrastructure.
Implements and monitors safety and security on site.
Identifies and reports risks.
Takes control of emergencies.
