We’re not just building houses — we’re shaping one of Harare’s most ambitious residential estates. As a modern, secure, and amenity-rich gated community, Graylands Park is setting new benchmarks in design, service delivery, and lifestyle development.
We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Architect to join our visionary team.

Your Mission:

  • Design and shape the future of Graylands Park. You’ll work closely with our development team to:
  • Develop, modify, and refine architectural plans that align with our brand and estate standards.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients selecting from our 24+ pre-approved home designs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and architectural excellence across all construction projects.
  • Innovate on space optimization, sustainability, and visual impact for residential units.
  • Oversee design implementation on-site and liaise with contractors for quality assurance.

We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified architect with a degree in Architecture and relevant registration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean building regulations and municipal processes.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics, function, and cost.
  • Exceptional communication and client-handling skills.
