Job Description

Implement, track and monitor the Operations Control capability and framework to embed and maintain a robust Operations Control environment across the end-to-end Operations landscape within an assigned operations team to contain losses and minimise non-financial risk.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Audit, Risk Management, Business

Experience Required
Operations Control
Operations
3-4 years
Banking operations experience, systems, processes, policies and routine standards
Experience and knowledge of banking and the various products
Financial services – operational
Operations Control – exposure to industry standards and alignment of control processes to these standards
Risk and control systems, compliance and the implementation of integrated operational risk frameworks
Problem solving capabilities and be effective at probing and analysing situations efficiently and accurately
Background in IT or an understanding of the IT environment will be an added advantage
