Plan International Zimbabwe, an international humanitarian, child centred development organisation, working to tackle the root causes of the challenges and inequalities that children and young girls face, is in the process of updating its Suppliers’ Register. This serves as an invitation to reputable companies and individuals who wish to be included on the register to make an application to Plan International Zimbabwe. Suppliers are being sought for the following categories of goods and services;

Pre-Requisites/Minimum Requirements

NB All suppliers who are already registered with Plan International Zimbabwe need not to apply.
The following copies (certified) should be attached to the registration forms:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• CR14 Form
• Trade Licences, Dealership or Accreditation if applicable
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid ITF 263 Form (Tax clearance form)
• Brief Company Profile and Three (3) Trade References
All documents are to be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Procurement Committee and clearly indicating: CO/SUPPLIERS/FY24 and the category being applied for. The submissions can be made to any of the offices listed below. The deadline for submission is 1300hours on 5 April 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
