Applicants are invited to fill in the above-mentioned vacant positions that have arisen in our Life Assurance Division
Reporting to the Team Leader, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
DUTIES
Giving financial advice to clients who are predominantly farmers
Selling life assurance products to the agribusiness market
Establishing synergies in the agribusiness value chain by creating and managing relationships with stakeholders
Assisting in resolving client queries
Advise on market information such as changing customer needs
REQUIREMENTS
At least one point at ‘A’ Level in any subject and 5 ‘0’ Levels including Maths & English
A qualification in Agriculture is an added advantage
Proven working experience in the agricultural sector
Be aged 25-45 years
Good record of achieving targets
Self-motivated and self-driven
Able to demonstrate self-confidence and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
Able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds and have a service-oriented disposition
Mature and good communication skills (both orally and written)
