APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED PERSONS FOR THE FOLLOWING FULL-TIME POSTS:
1. Adult Education Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor and Professor (Gweru campus) (1 Post )
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, with at least 2.1 pass.
· Master’s degree in Adult Education.
· PhD or proof of studying for a PhD in the relevant area.
· A teaching qualification is an added advantage.
· Experience teaching at university level is an added advantage
Competencies and Responsibilities
The candidate must possess the following competencies:
· Ability to teach Adult and Lifelong Learning modules to postgraduate level.
· Design, implement and evaluate Adult and Lifelong Learning programmes.
· Apply sound Research and Technological Competencies in adult education.
· Apply entrepreneurship skills to promote innovation and industrialization.
· Apply critical thinking in dealing with problems.
2. Educational Leadership and Management Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor and Professor (Bulawayo Campus)(1 Post )
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management/administration, with at least 2.1 pass.
· Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management/administration.
· PhD or proof of studying for a PhD in the relevant area.
· A recognized teaching qualification.
· Experience teaching at university level is an added advantage
Competencies and Responsibilities
The candidate must possess the following competencies:
· Ability to teach Educational Leadership and Management/administration modules to undergraduate and postgraduate level.
· Design, implement and evaluate Educational Leadership and Management/administration programmes.
· Apply sound Research and Technological Competencies in Educational Leadership and Management/administration.
· Apply entrepreneurship skills to promote innovation and industrialization.
· Apply critical thinking in dealing with problems
