ADMINISTRATOR
Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill following vacancies that have arisen within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Administrator
Resolving and escalating customer queries.
Customer retention (Encourage continued use of products through renewals, reinstatements and
exceptional handling of irate customers)
Customer feedback and data analysis (Know your customer engagements, customer feedback data collection and analysis, customer pain points identification and escalation}
Digital marketing and administration.
Explain necessary underwriting requirements for customer.
Product marketing (Upselling and cross selling of Life Assurance and Funeral Services to new and existing client base).
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor degree in Risk Management and Insurance
