Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Compiles report for site inspections.
Follows up clients on due payments.
Attends to general queries on land alienation.
Processes correspondence on land alienation.
Updates the asset register for Council leased/sold nonresidential properties.
Drafts Agreements of Sale/Lease for signing by the Lessees.
Qualifications Requirements
A Diploma in Real Estate Management/ Property Management/ Local Government/ Business Administration or equivalent
A Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
Experience and skills
At least 2 years experience in a similar environment
