POST: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- SALES AND MARKETING (X1)
The successful candidate will handle both administrative and creative tasks, including writing marketing content, managing the website and social media accounts, and creating images and videos for promotional campaigns. The incumbent will support the Sales and Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at maximizing profitability.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or Media and Society Studies from a recognized institution.
A certification or additional qualification in Graphic Design is an added advantage.
A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, digital content creation, digital marketing, social media management, videography, or photography.
SKILLS
Proficiency in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software for marketing content creation (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro).
Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis and competitive positioning.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on website and social media performance to inform marketing strategies.
Managing the Enterprise’s social media presence, creating content, responding to messages, and fostering engagement.
Conducting competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
Contributing creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Writing marketing, advertising, and website content.
Liaising with stakeholders to foster brand association, loyalty, and sustainable relationships.
Handling telemarketing, order-taking, and order tracking.
Identifying and scouting for tender opportunities.
Conducting sales analysis, filing, and record-keeping.
