Purpose of the Job
The position exists to give support to the Director Revenue Operations and all other functions in the department. The position exists to give support to the Director Revenue Operations and all other functions in the department.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Organizing and managing the Director’s Diary that’s including scheduling meetings, conferences, appointments, and events related to revenue operations
Communication Handling: Screening and managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Documentation and Filing: Maintaining and organizing important documents, records, and files related to the Director’s Office
Reporting: Maintaining and organizing important Revenue operations-related reports, data, and preparing reports and presentations as needed
Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from revenue operations -related meetings
Client Relations: Assisting in managing client relationships, coordinating client meetings, and addressing client inquiries and concerns
Project Support: Providing support for Revenue operations-related projects and initiatives and coordination of project tasks
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for the Director and other team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips
Expense Management: Assisting the Director in managing expenses related to the Directors Office, processing invoices, and tracking budget allocations
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of Revenue Operations-related activities
Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling all communications in the Director’s Office
Any other duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Math’s/Accounts
2 A ‘Levels or Equivalent
Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Degree in Business Management or related field is an added advantage.
Experience
At least 2 years related experience in a similar environment
