Job Advert Summary
The Administrative Assistant acts as a liaison between departments, facilitating smooth workflows and maintaining a professional office environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting. Also, Managing office supplies and assisting with various administrative tasks.Serves the Administration section, site management, and external customers and liaises with external service providers.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Business Management or Equivalent
SAP ERP
Customer Care

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring the day-to-day maintenance of offices & building cleanliness.
Ensures all licences and bills paid are paid for timeously and no fines.
Receives & submits insurance material to Insurance Agents and vehicles sent for repairs.
Maintains office equipment, arranging for repairs and service.
Creates PRs, receiving orders for payment & attends to SAP queries.
Daily checks stock levels, replenishing by ordering, issuing & controlling stationery, teas and cleaning material.
Performs other duties as delegated.
