EcoVision is a Zimbabwean Multi-Award Winning Water Engineering company whose sole mandate is to provide safe potable water for all through the elimination of Water-borne pathogens. We are the leading Supplier of Chlorine Dioxide water treatment technologies, Water Softeners, Water desalination equipment as well as water recycling protocols. Our main Clients are Local Authorities, Hotel industry, mining firms, manufacturing firms as well as individual borehole owners with saline water or water exhibiting signs of excess lime.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for our Bulawayo Office, to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks . Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
An advanced Diploma (HND or better) in Secretarial Studies, Administration or any related field.
At least 3 years of Experience in a similar post.
A Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
Fluency in English, IsiNdebele and ChiShona
