PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
OPERATIONS AND SERVICES
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings and create presentations
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
The position is supervised by the supervisor through:
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS
A degree in Business Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
