Promoting the image and business of Saint-Gobain as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while undertaking other administrative tasks.

DUTIES
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.
Directs visitors and informs the relevant member of staff of their arrival/appointment.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing of visitor badges and ensures visitors slips are signed off.
Induction of main office visitors, employees and contractors.
Distributes office supplies (stationery and Kitchen Supplies) to staff and maintain adequate stock.
Provides logistical support for meetings held onsite. I.e. Preparation of meeting rooms and arrangements for catering provisions.
Books flights, accommodation and car hire services for employees travelling on business.
Maintains and issues petty cash as well as reconciliations.

Ensure that management fuel is resupplied timeously every month.
Assisting in the formulation of the quarterly newsletter.
Purchasing of awards and ensuring the awards ceremonies run smoothly.
Carrying out safety checks at the canteen, surveys and audits.
Conduct team building sessions.
Facilitating the success of all special occasions conducted by the organisation.
Typing, printing and filing of document for respective departments.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Participating in main office SHE issues.
Housekeeping.

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Administration
1 year working experience
Good knowledge of all office administration systems and tools
Good command of computer applications.
Positive attitude
Organisational ability
Good communication skills.
Attentive Listening
