A local based Organization involved in youth development with economic, social, and
emotional soft skills through vocational training, seeks to fill the following vacant position

ADMIN/ STORES CLERK
Location : Harare

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receiving and Issuing stocks to user department
2. Updating all stock movement transactions on stock sheets, bin cards etc
3. Preparing stores report weekly and monthly
4. Manning all warehouse activities and maintaining accurate records of stocks and
equipment’s
5. Maintaining adequate internal control systems in warehouse activities
6. Assisting in fleet management, vehicle maintenance and servicing, efficiency use of
organization fleet
7. Assisting in preparing payments vouchers
8. Assisting in filling of vouchers
9. Keeping updated Asset Register.

Qualifications and Experience
 Diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
 At least 2-year experience in stores or warehouse management and administration.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management system
 Four-year Class 2 driver’s license an added advantage
