Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in office Administration and secretarial work or related training.
- At least 2 years of Administrative and clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies.
- Be familiar with electronic government procurement system of Zimbabwe (PRAZ-EGP
SYSTEM).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to multi task ,prioritize task and work independently
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Reporting to management, draughting documents and entering data.
- Managing the reception area.
- Administering office tasks, co-ordinate schedules and support executive staff and should
be a mature person.
