ADMIN SECRETARY

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in office Administration and secretarial work or related training.
  • At least 2 years of Administrative and clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies.
  • Be familiar with electronic government procurement system of Zimbabwe (PRAZ-EGP
    SYSTEM).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to multi task ,prioritize task and work independently
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Reporting to management, draughting documents and entering data.
  • Managing the reception area.
  • Administering office tasks, co-ordinate schedules and support executive staff and should
    be a mature person.
