Duties &Responsibilities
Management of Information Systems
- Designs, implements and managescollege databases
- Manages college IT projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Ensures data integrity, security, and backups for all college IT systems
- Provides technical support to staff and students, addressing hardware and software issues promptly
Digital Marketing
- Collaborates with management in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and plans for the college
- Creates content formarketing of the college: website, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Uses data insights to refine marketing strategies
- Fosters connections with prospective students, sponsors, and alumni
Office Management

- Attends to routine Registry Office practices
- Assists in management of examinations
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent &Certificate in Digital / Social Media Marketing
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and self-motivation
- Minimum one year working experience in a related field
