ADMIN ASSISTANT (REGISTRAR’S OFFICE): LOCAL TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Duties &Responsibilities

Management of Information Systems

  1. Designs, implements and managescollege databases
  2. Manages college IT projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation
  3. Ensures data integrity, security, and backups for all college IT systems
  4. Provides technical support to staff and students, addressing hardware and software issues promptly

Digital Marketing

  1. Collaborates with management in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and plans for the college
  2. Creates content formarketing of the college: website, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
  3. Uses data insights to refine marketing strategies
  4. Fosters connections with prospective students, sponsors, and alumni

Office Management

  1. Attends to routine Registry Office practices
  2. Assists in management of examinations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent &Certificate in Digital / Social Media Marketing
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creativity, analytical thinking, and self-motivation
  • Minimum one year working experience in a related field
