Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Invoicing all council revenue.
- Verifying daily receipts and bank.
- Updating cashbooks and transactions daily.
- Maintaining accounts receivables.
- Following up on debtors and revenue collections.
- Compiling payment vouchers & Process payments.
- Effecting payments via cash or bank transfers.
- Ensuring proper acquittal of funds.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience with Sage Pastel.
- At least one year experience in Public Sector.
- Must be at least 25 years old.
