Job Description: Develop your accounting skills by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting to ensure our books remain accurate and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Help maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Process employee expense reports and verify supporting documentation.
- Support audit preparations by organizing financial records.
- Help maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Participate in inventory counting and verification processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
