ACCOUNT MANAGER for a Harare-based company in the ICT industry
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Generates new sales that will turn into lasting profitable relationships.
- Onboard existing and new clients onto service-level agreements.
- Respondsto and resolvecustomer issues and challenges and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Writes business plans for all current and opportunity tender businesses.
- Researches competitors’ products and services and comes up with recommendations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Sales, Marketing or ICT
- 3 Years of sales experience in dealing with ICT Solutions.
- Knowledge of Pipeline development
- Team Player
- Effective communicator
- Knowledge of strategy formulation and development
- Clean Class 4 driver’s license
