Job Summary:

A small Logistics firm, also encompassing farming and mining operations, is looking for a detail oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records ,ensure accurate reporting and support budgeting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable , accounts receivable and general ledger .
• Collaborate with HR to manage payroll.
• Verifying payment requests and ensuring adequate documentation.

Candidate Specifications :

• 5 ‘O’ levels, including Mathematics and English.
• Degree in Accounting ,Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Holder of a clean class 4 or 2 drivers license.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage,Quickbook,Paste /or similar).
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
