Sales & Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a young, energetic, confident person, preferably below the age of 30 to join our team in sales and marketing. Preferably someone who is Marondera based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing sales for FMCG products in and around Marondera.
• Visiting customers and getting their weekly orders as well as merchandising our products in their shops
• Working with set targets to achieve monthly sales.
• Reporting weekly on sales done for the week.

Essential Skills:

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Service Skills:
  Ability to provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to customers.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills:
  Ability to effectively present products, address customer concerns, and negotiate sales.
• Organizational Skills:
  Ability to maintain a clean and organized warehouse, manage inventory, and handle multiple tasks.
• Product Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the products being sold and the ability to answer customer questions accurately.
• Time Management:
  Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Customer service training or experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Experience with merchandising standards and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
