JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Description
Ensure that monthly individual targets are met
Prepare quotations and related information to present customer with the goal of creating a sale
Meeting with clients and working collaboratively to determine the design goals Assist in conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives of aluminium windows, doors, kitchens, office partitions etc.
Ensure boards are traded profitably.
Ensure material (board/ glass) optimization is done efficiently and timeously using Maxcut.
To aggressively market DIY kitchens to carpenters across the country Ability to sell and design kitchen cabinets.
Ensure the showroom is in line with modern cabinetry trends.
Ability to interpret client expectations.
Digitally drive sales of company products
To produce daily, weekly or monthly dashboards of the joinery department
Periodically conduct competitor analysis to advise senior management.
Responsible for trainees in the department
Any other duties as may be assigned by your superiors.
Skills Required
Good interpersonal skills.
Extensive critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience
A degree in sales and marketing
A minimum of five years field experience preferably in the Aluminium and Joinery industry
A clean class 4 driver’s license
